SR. MANAGER / MANAGER -
MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE
Requirement
Qualification: BE/B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering (PEC Recognized Institute)
Experience
Minimum 14 to 15 years of relevant maintenance experience with managerial role preferably at Cement Plant.
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
Adequate knowledge of business and management principles.
Team building, analytical skill, decision-making and people management skills.
-Understanding of safety systems and enforcement of safety rules and policies.
- Ability to motivate people, assess and develop employee skills.
-Ability to work with teams and lead decision making processes in a team environment.
